A summary of the Shot’s finished-product lab report is below. The full report, certificates, per-batch certificates of analysis and other reports are available to trade partners on request: business@fruttita.com
Every batch of the Shot is analyzed as a finished product, not as raw material. What is tested: nutrition (energy, carbohydrate, fiber, sugars, potassium, sodium, calcium), microbiology, and from 2026 four heavy metals. Every number about the Shot on this site comes from those reports. Report reference: AR-26-SU-102857-04.
Printed numbers follow the FDA rounding rules: fiber measured 3.14 g, printed 3 g; potassium measured 161 mg, printed 160 mg.
The US label follows 21 CFR 101: the Nutrition Facts panel and claims worked out per 240 mL reference amount (excellent source of fiber, good source of potassium, sodium free). The full text is under “The label” on the product page.
A summary of the Shot’s finished-product report is below. Available to trade partners: the full report, certificates, per-batch COAs, other Eurofins reports, product specification, GTINs and case configuration. Write to business@fruttita.com; we usually reply within two working days.

These are selected from the 32 items in the report. The full report, with each item’s method and detection limit, is available to trade partners on request. Per bottle = per 100 mL × 0.5. Polyphenols are reported in g/kg; at a density of 1.04 g/mL that is about 149 mg a bottle, and the site says “about 140 mg”, rounded down. The label rounds by FDA rules: under 5 mg of sodium per serving prints as 0; calories under 50 round to the nearest 5.
This report covers nutrition, pH and polyphenols. Microbiology and heavy metals are separate reports, available to trade partners.
